Guido is the founder and Design Director of GM Architects. He graduated from the internationally renowned Mackintosh School of Architecture at The Glasgow School of Art and achieved professional status as a RIBA Chartered British Architect in 1999.

Guido has led and worked on luxury residential projects across Los Angeles, London, and Edinburgh. Currently, his practice is engaged in high-value residential developments in the Algarve, Arizona, and Scotland.

Architecture has been a profound influence on Guido's life. From an early age, he was fascinated by how people lived in their homes. During his childhood, Guido traveled to Southern Europe with his parents, where he stayed with his family in 1970s boutique hotels and exclusive villas. Reflecting on these formative experiences, it was not only the elegance and beauty of the buildings that captivated him, but also the quality of crafted materials and meticulous attention to detail that intrigued him.

Now, many years later, Guido has come to the realisation: architecture and life are inseparable. “We are always in the company of design, regardless of where we live or what we do. Nowhere is this more true than in the private sanctuary we call home.”
